From vibration pulse to recorded time
In Xhour, a first vibration pulse above approximately 64 mg opens a five-second verification window. A confirming pulse inside that window validates activity and credits the initial five seconds.
The meter continues evaluating activity in five-second windows. After two consecutive windows without a confirming pulse, counting stops approximately ten seconds after the final detected vibration.

Why validation matters
A machine can receive a knock during handling or a brief movement while switched off. Validation logic helps distinguish sustained operating vibration from a single isolated event. Correct mounting remains essential because the sensor can only evaluate vibration that reaches the enclosure.
What the display represents
The HHHHH.MM display is an accumulated operating-time record. Owners can copy the reading into maintenance, fleet, or rental logs and calculate the difference between two recorded readings.
